Default CLI - Creating New Database Revisions

We have a Windows 2003 Management Server and I'd like to use a batch file, which runs as a scheduled task, to create weekly database revisions. I found the "dbver create" command; however, it prompts you for the SmartCenter Server name and an authentication method. Has anyone devised a way to automate creating database revisions from the command line? It would be really handy to be able to do that. Thanks in advance for all responses.
