Default SmartCenter Server and Windows 2003

Has anyone experienced problems running SmartCenter Server (NG-AI R55) on Windows Server 2003? Those with long memories may recall I had a catastrophic hardware failure on my primary server a couple of years ago - I have now had a similar fault on my secondary server. Personally I think its duff hardware, but it has been suggested that the hardening of the OS carried out by FW-1 may clash with the security built in to Windows Server 2003.

Hardware is HP-DL360 with 2x250Gb ATAPI drives running with software mirroring.

I would install the firewall on splat and take an upgrade export off of the windows box to build it. I can have you going in 30 minutes on splat. PM me if you need help.

Win2k3 is fully supported for SmartCenter, none of the "hardening" CHKP does will hurt you. That said, I would still recommend SPLAT for the SmartCenter.
