Cannot establish sic

For some reason after the weekend the no user could vpn,last time this happened I reset the sic,this time however I get this message:
Peer does not have a certificate for SIC [error no. 111]

Any ideas its R62 I have reset the sic on the firewall and the Smartcenter on the fire wall i get the following error : Reason: SIC Protocol Error [ SIC error no. 300 ]

Possible cause is mismatching in IP addresses relating to SIC

They recommend - configure the hosts file on the gateway with the new IP address, "Get Address" on the gateway object and re-establish SIC.

Hi Guys
Thanks for all the help it was an IP mismatch as there is another firewall in between and this was passing the router ip and not the actual ip after that was corrected the sic could be established again
