Default how to know the ports used by an application

Hi all

when i run a third party vpn client apllication from my internal network which has to pass through the checkpoint firewall gateway ie splat running in ha mode. Iam not able to know the ports through which this communication is taking place.

all i need is to know the session details in depth as my tracker does not show any thing, is there any commands please let me know

Hi a Tcpdump would also show you traffic hitting the interface.

Use the command line to run this...

Tcpdump -i (then the interface name)
