Video Conferencing H.225 containing 'internal' address

Looking for more information re setting up VC with Radvision and NGX R65. We have a gatekeeper to gatekeeper setup using H323 Ras only. The Radvision VC device sits on a 'private' network behind a 'static' translation rule. This device then needs to call another VC device on the internet, this appears to happen, but with the 'internal' address in the H.225 conversation, which is then unable to route back..
Any ideas/configs of how to set this up...........?
