Default Re: CP as Proxy server.

You need to configure the HTTP Security Server to get Check Point to work as a proxy server, be advised however that it is only suitable for small scale deployment, and unless you have no other alternative I have found that it causes more hassle then it is worth.

With regarding the redirection of websites then this will just be standard Static NAT. Check Point won't allow multiple websites on the same IP to be NATted unless you have them on different service ports. ie one on port 80 then another on port 81 the third on port 82 etc. Check Point is not intended for multiple websites behind one IP address.

If you are on about multiple copies of the same website and load balancing then this is the Connect Control facility.

If you are trying to use Check Point to redirect based on URL then this won't work with Check Point, you would need to get something like ISA Server to do that, or Microsofts IIS server can host multiple websites using headers to determine which website to forward you to on the host.
