SNMP service that accepts replies from any port

I've got one firewall that has an SNMP service created to allow replies on any port.
Now I need to create that service on a different CMA.
Since I didn't inititally create the custom SNMP service, I have no clue how to create this.

The service objects look the same to me. I'm not sure where else to look.

found the problem....
We're now on R61, so I had to do a guidbedit on snmp to allow replies from any port to resolve the issue.
