Default SMB / CIFS file copies fail when installing policy

If I install a policy while SMB/CIFS copying a file to a Windows share across my firewalls, the file copy fails. In other words, installing policies appears to break active CIFS connections. Retrying the file copy works, so the problem doesn't appear to be rulebase-related.

The only workaround I've found for this problem is changing my Connection Peristence settins from "Rematch Connections" to "Keep All Connections." I'm running an R61 ClusterXL on SPLAT.

Has anyone else seen this issue, or know how to work around it in a way other than disbling Rematch Connections?
