Default NGX large FTP failures

Has anyone seen any issues with NGX (r60) and large file transfers? I am trying to download a 400mb file that takes about 10 minutes outside the firewall. Inside, it gets to about 128mb and then fails. I don't see any messages in the log browser to indicate any reasons why and the timeout threshold of (3600s) is not being hit.

Any ideas?

Default Re: NGX large FTP failures

I was working on that very issue today. We are using R60A (anti-virus capable) and found that it would timeout. I disabled HTTP scanning and it fixed the problem. (We are doing HTTP posts to our ftp server). There is also a setting for ftp traffic. I enabled it again and excluded scanning going to those servers. Also, there is a button to enable "Activate Continuous Download to avoid timeouts" but that had no affect.
