| Am having problems with some users who use SecureClient. They can get connected, get authenticated and are able to connect to destination IP addresses. However, problem is with Exchange. Whenever they try to attach large documents to mail, it times out. It also takes a very long time to open up address book. Not sure where to start looking? Anyone else had this problem? |

| What version of FW + Exchange are you using? You could try this: (from Solution ID: #sk10449) In SmartDashboard, 1. Open Gateway object, go to the VPN tab, select Advanced under Edit IKE Properties. 2. Enable "Support IP compression for SecureClient". 3. Install Security Policy. |

| This is can be MTU issued. Are you using MS Exchange? Quick and dirty fix - configure you MS Outlook to use encryption (this is additional application level encryption) for communication with Exchange server. |
