Default Replacing secondary cluster causes problems connecting to primary?

Users are running R60 build 000 of SecureClient.

We recently switched VPN Cluster #2 from Nokia IPSO running R62 to SPLAT running R65.

Now certain users are having trouble connecting to Cluster #1 (still running IPSO). Seems like they arent even reaching the gateway. Deleting and re-creating the profile seems to help, but some users are having trouble doing this and it's obviously a logistical challenge.

Has anyone had this trouble? Could it be due to a fingerprint change with #2? Or perhaps disparate versions between #1 and #2? Or did some sort of topology update (when the int's changed on #2) causing the clients profile to corrupt?

Thanks,

FDDI

I guess.. this is due to the version mismatch betweeen the 2 cluster members..

This isn't even close to supported. All cluster members must be the same Check Point version and OS version.
