Default SCV

I have configure the following setting to enable SCV check

Step1: Edit the local.scv file

Step 2: Configuring SCV
a.Log in to the SmartDashboard.
b.Select Policy - Global Properties tab.
c.Select the Remote Access - Secure Configuration Verification (SCV) tab.
d.Enable Apply Secure Configurations on Simplified Mode
e.Click OK.

Step 3:Install the Security Policy.
In the policy install dialog box, select the Advanced Security Policy for the gateways and the Desktop Security Policy for the Policy Server.

Step 4: Start SecureClient

However, the SmartView tracker shows dropped packets from the SecureClient with reason, Client's configuration is not verified.

Please advice.

You need to identify why the client isn't verified. The drops you see are normal.

Hopefully your SecureClient install has the diagnostics portion enabled, as this will enable you to see why the verification failed.
