Problem when creating new site

Hi,

I have NG R55 intigrated with Nortel box. When I am creating new site from Internet, my gateway is not responding. Few seconds it is communicating with gateway then it gives"Press F1 for help" and site is not created.

Can any one please help to solve this proble.
