Default Policy server problem

When I'm connected with secureclient, the security policy can not be downloaded.
In the checkpoint log I have the following message :
PS: Policy Server license limit exceeded (Windows license is limited to 0 users).

Any Idee?

You policy server thinks it does not have enough licenses. In this case, its referring to SecureClient licenses. Typically these are "central" licenses which are attached to the SmartCenter server.

I have a license for 1000 Users. The license is configured as central but is attached to the module and not the SmartCenter.

Are you sure that is a SecureClient License and not a SecuRemote one? For Policy server you need the SecureClient one and it costs money.

I'm sure this a SecureClient license. The license was used on another Firewall and it was working. I attached the license to a new Firewall.

hum, have you checked license version vs firewall version? Probably not that, but worth a check. Another thing you could do is post here the licenses you have installed.

This is a SecuRemote license for 1000 users.

You need a SecureClient license.
