Default Client to Site VPN not getting established
We have Nortel ASF 5109 at 3 of our site with one Management server but recently our Remote users are facing issue is they are not able to creat new site on with R55 & R60 client but issue is

1) when trying to creat new site from Dialup site it prompts for username and password it gets authenticated but site is not getting created and it goes into infinite loop, we are not able to access any internal resources.

Please advice how we need to troubleshoot this
