encryption failure msg?

I'm seeing this msg in my SC log. What might I need to do to correct it?
scheme::IKE; srckeyid:, dstkeyid: 0x1b68b0d7, methods:: ESP: 3DES + SHA1 + Deflate, peer gateway:1062101250, encryption failure:: partner: 5, community:5

Direction is outbound, Action is encrypt, various protocols. I thought it was encrypting, but it looks like it's all failures.

Also, I'm seeing rejects Outbound, Netbios-dgm 192.168.112.4 192.168.112.255.
Seeing how 192.168.112.0 is our OM virtural IP Subnet, I thought this traffic would be encrypted. Why would I see this traffic being rejected?
