| I've got 2 VPN-1 Edges connected, let's call them site1 and site2 If I use secure remote to connect to site1 I can access resources on the site1 network but i can not see any of the resources on the site2 network. Of course If I'm physically on the site1 network I can see and use resources on the site2 network, it's just a problem when I'm coming in via secure remote. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks, Roveer |

| I'm not so sure that I found my problem (even though I posted that I did), but here's a few things to try. 1. When setting up the site to site vpn try using the "download configuration" option. Another user suggested this to me and I have not yet tried it, but will when I have an opportunity. This may resolve any mis-configuration problems that we may have created. I think you need to set up a user in both routers that has been given 'VPN' access so when the wizard asks for a VPN User you can supply those credentials and it will continue. I think I had a problem with then when I initially tried it. 2. Make sure any computers you may be trying to contact don't have the secure remote/client software running. If they do, disable any sites or stop the agent all together. I managed to solve one of my connectivity problems doing that. One of the PC's had the site I was connecting from defined as a VPN site in SecurRemote and that fouled it all up. I still have a linksys WAP at one site that I can't connect with for some reason and eventually I'll try reconfiguring the VPN's using option 1 when I get a chance. Hope this helps. Roveer |
