Default Securemote/SecureClient not installing, skips cert screen

We had an issue with a client that was installing the SecuRemote on a new Dell Laptop and during the installation he was noticing he was never being prompted for inserting a Certificate. The customer was noticing he could place the Site IP Address then clicked on the next button and would come to the Select Connectivity Settings screen, skipping the Authentication Type screen.

After further investigation we found that the Norton Endpoint Security, that the client installed before anything else, was in fact hindering the Installation of SecuRemote/SecureClient. After removing the Norton products he was able to install SecuRemote without any issues.

Once again showing Norton is a complete waste of money and a resource hog.

Issue: skip Authentication screen = Securemote Secureclient
