How to turn off popup msg? You are not licensed to obtain a security policy?

R60 HFA03 - SecureRemote and SecureClient:

I've created two groups SC and SR. I'm offering OM only to SC. The accts in the SR group are getting a msg, "You are not licensed to obtain a security policy from policy server "Gateway" at Domain "DomainName" when connected.
How can I turn this off?

If you installed the SR users using SC, you may have to reinstall them.
