Default SecureClient Mobile

Hi,

I try to get the SecureClient Mobile working, but have trouble connecting. I patched my GW (R62) with the SCM patch and used GUIDBEDIT to change the settings that are mentioned in the SCM Administration Guide. Of course a valid license for SCM is installed on the GW, too.

So far, so good, but when I try to connect a smartphone with the SCM installed, the SCM says "Connection to 123.123.123.123 (my gw) cannot be established. Check the network connectivity and try again". The network connection is ok, I can see in the log of my GW that the phone connects via https, which is allowed, but after that, nothing happens.

My remoteacess rule is:

Source -destination - VPN - Service - Action - Track
VPN-User@any - internalnetwork - Any - Any - Client Auth - Log

This works ok for the "normal" SecureClient, do I need special rule for the SCM? I do not find anything about it in the SCM Administration Guide.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Helge

P.S.: Sorry for my bad english.
