Downloads failing at 30% when connected to VPN through Secure Client

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem with one of our clients. The client is using their own designed Java application to download insurance data using http. When the client connects to the VPN using the most up-to-date version of Secure Client, the downloads fail at about 30%.

The Gateway is R55 on a Nokia applience.

I know this is probably a fairly simple issue but I am lost to be honest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How much elapsed time are we talking?

Is the VPN staying up but the app download is just stopping?

Hi Ray,

The VPN is staying up, however the downloads time out after downloading about a third of the data.

Could this be an issue with the rule base or a download caching issue?
