Office Mode assigns address for 0 seconds

Hi,

I am experiencing the problem where we are able to authenticate against one gateway but not the other.

We primarily use a gateway based on one site but the other night we had to replace this as it went down. Therefore we wanted users to authenticate against a gateway on a secondary site.

From the logs we see the user is able to authenticate against our ACE servers but from the Key Installs we see that the OM address is only assigned for 0 seconds and the address is something like 0.18.0.96.

As I say, we have both gateways set identical except the one that isn't working uses aggressive mode but i wouldn't have thought that would create this problem.

Anyone seen this before?

You should make sure that you have a different OM pool assigned to each gateway and that there is nothing strange in $FWDIR/conf/ipassignments.conf.
