Default Authenticated but unable to access the resource

Hi All,

I hve a problem where my Secure Remote is successfully connected to the gateway but unable to access the resource.Iam using R60.

Hi,

Iam a user sitting at a branch office and Iam tring to connect to my head office.Iam using Secure remote.The tracker says iam authenticated,but when iam trying to access it does not happen.

1. Does your branch office have a site-site VPN with the head office? If so, this won't work (gateway will see your IKE packet and interpret it as a site-site VPN).

2. Do you have a rule explicitly allowing your user group to access the resource you're trying to get to? Check group membership, sources and destination on the rule.

3. Does your user have location-based restrictions on valid sources or destinations? This is a particularly annoying legacy restrictions that catches people out often.
