Default Checkpoint Safe@Office & Connecting in Visitor's mode possible?

Hi, we're using a Safe@Office 500wp to allow users working outside of the office to VPN in. Users use the Secureremote VPN Client to connect which talks about a visitors mode which we need when employees are working at a customers office who allow for fairly restricted internet access.

But going through the user manual for the safe@office there is zero mention of configuring the firewall to allow for visitors mode.

Reading other posts here like Can't configure Visitor mode I see steps like "I check box "Support Visitor mode" on my firewall module Remote Access properties" but of course I don't see anything in anyway resembling this with Safe@Office.

So is Safe@Office more focused on trying to protect Offices and not so much on VPN? Would I need different software or hardware to tunnel VPN traffic through a http port like 443?

Default Re: Checkpoint Safe@Office & Connecting in Visitor's mode possible?

The Safe@ range is really aimed at protecting small offices with a firewall typically from a managed service provider.

They only support SecuRemote not SecureClient so there aren't the options for Visitor Mode etc that SecureClient has.

If you want functionallity like the Visitor Mode then you need to get a proper Check Point system, something like the UTM-1 450 appliance, however you will notice that there is a big price increase from a Safe@500
