| Have anyone tested a softphone connection with a SecureClient/Remote? All the clients have Dynamic Ip address and when they call to an extention behind the central firewall works fine. But when the call is originated behind the firewall, to an extension that is a softphone with dynamic IP address. The softphone rings, but the voice can not be heard. With fixed ip address on clients I have no problems... can anyone help me? |

| The softphone issues I have seen with this kind of symptom are NAT related.. Start looking at how the firewall is NATing the conversation initiated in one direction and if it is initiated in the other direction.. John |
