| Hi all when secure client software is running on my system, though i have not connected to remote site, iam not able to ping to the remote site from my system which has vpn connection. how can i enable this ie i should ping to my remot site which has vpn connection from my lan, without stoping or disable the secureclient software which is running on my system. |

| I also had this problem in my environment. I resolved it by changing one of the Global Properties: Remote Access --> VPN - Advanced --> SecuRemote/SecureClient behavior while disconnected I set the option "When disconnected, traffic to the encryption domain will be" to "Sent in clear" I updated the policy on the policy server firewall, connected to SecureClient to update the policy, then disconnected. After I did this I was able to communicate with networks outside the local network. Hope this helps, Loren |
