Hi
I have seen the settings in Checkpoint Secureclient guide, you need to make the rule in Desktop Security to allow the services.
Below is the link to access the guide.

I hope this will help you.

Regards
Ranjit

I also had this problem in my environment. I resolved it by changing one of the Global Properties: Remote Access --> VPN - Advanced --> SecuRemote/SecureClient behavior while disconnected

I set the option "When disconnected, traffic to the encryption domain will be" to "Sent in clear"

I updated the policy on the policy server firewall, connected to SecureClient to update the policy, then disconnected. After I did this I was able to communicate with networks outside the local network.

Hope this helps,

Loren

Thanks Loren, I was also looking to correct this behavior and you made it really easy.
