| Edited: I rebooted a switch between my hosting centers internet connection and my firewall. It now works.. I'll leave this post in case the problem reappears. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am having some issues that I can't figure out. Please ask for more details if needed. I have 2 environments I am trying to connect to from our office. I used to be able to connect to both without any issues, but recently I've started having trouble. "Environment A" - At the data center, I have my own switch on the internet facing side to distribute the traffic to a second firewall for redundancy. "Environment B" - Single internet connection and no redundancy so it goes directly to the data centers own switches. For "Env A", I can create a connection with SecuRemote and it says that a connection is established. The issue is when I try to access "Env A". If I do anything, for example a ping, the key flashes like it should, but I don't get a response. The same behavior is seen for any kind of access, Remote Desktop, etc. Another bit of information: normally it takes a few seconds (1-3) to come back and tell me connection is established. For "Env A" in the office, when I have this problem, it takes more than 10 seconds to come back and tell me connection is established. I've tried deleting the connection information and recreating it, but it doesn't help. Any ideas? thanks, tom -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edited: I rebooted a switch between my hosting centers internet connection and my firewall.
