Unable to connect SecureClient from France

Hello all & thanks in advance, ok, I have a remote user coming in via SecureClient from France hewr local ISP have provided her with a router/firewall known as a NeufBox??

Ok, when she attempts the connection this just hangs, she is using Visitor mode, the gateway is NGAI R55 & the client is NG with Application Intelligence R56 HFA-03Build 619

from the logs on the GATEWAY, all I see is accepts and key installs from here IP address ALL GREENS!

However, from the SecureClient diagnostics all I get is unable to contact gateway & "Tunnel Test Failure see ike negotiation"

She is using vistor mode & I've already tried re-installing the client!
