Default SecureClient Connection problems

In our organisation we have set up remote access via SecureClient for external contractors and users authenticating with AD.
it works well - but i have a problem with a particular organisation connecting in.

they are running SecureClient NGX R60 HFA 2, when they do the installation of secureclient they are able to create the connection to our network successfully. however when they then attempt to login it fails.

it comes back on the tracker with the Alert saying 'IKE Main Mode Sent Notification: Responder lifetime'
followed by another alert saying 'IKE: main mode TCP Completion.

i'm happy that our rules are OK as other users can connect in OK - they advise me it's not their firewall blocking anything. Any suggestions?

thanks

Have them try visitor mode. It tends to cure a lot of problems.
