SecureClient - Unable to update Policy from Policy Server

Hi,

I have configured a SecureClient on a Checkpoint Clustered FW (R55). There is no public IP assigned to this ClusteredFW. The static NATting is done by the internet router.

The SecClient is able to get authenticated with this FW. When I tried to download the policy from the policy server / update the site topology information, I am getting the following error message.
"SecureClient failed to communicate with Policy Server EXT-CLU-CP at
site"

Any thoughts, please?
