Has anyone seen this....

When a user connects with SecureClient and fails the SCV the "notify"
message isn't displayed but:

1. If the condition if fixed (thus passing SCV) and then broken the popup
is displayed.

2. If SecureClient is diconected, stopped and started the popup is
displayed.

can you post a copy of your local.scv ?
it might help to figure where the issue is
