Office mode grayed out

Hi Guys
Wonder if anyone can help on the secure remote client the office mode setting is grayed out,how would I enable this?

have you enabled it on the gateway side? installed policy and updated or recreated your site? It will be automatically enabled if you do the steps above.

Yup office mode is set on to allow for alll users on the cluster using a manual ip pool and the ip pool is defined on the gateway in the cluster.

Make sure you have installed SecureCLIENT on ur remote client not SecuREMOTE. Uninstall and install client again, when asked if u want secureclient or securemote choose secureclient.
