Automatic Static NAT requires manual config file changes?

Hi,
I saw an item in the Knowledge base of resilience concerning some manual changes required when using (automatic) Static NAT

I thought Checkpoint took care of this and we didn't have to do anything?

So after much playing around, it looks like automatic static nat doesn't require fiddling with the configs

i had trouble with the proxy arp that wouldn't answer to IPs different then its main external interface.

had to delete the object then recreate it before it worked
