Default Any feedback on an Ndurant 30?

We are looking at purchasing two of these and using them in a high availability setup.

Any comments, suggestions or recommendations?

Excuse me, the model should be Ndurant Express 30 or NE30.

The module works well, a good chioce.
this module include one P4 CPU, 1G RAM, 8 Giga ports, and a RESlink port. the iHA technology of Resilience is a good chioce for the high availability requirement, buy SINGLE Check Point gateway license, you can achieve more than 99.9% availability, while other vendors, you must buy TWO CP licenses for HA requirement. in other hand, Resilience firewall is easy to deploy and maintain during installation and management.

A good chioce for customers.

Regards,
Linuxsrc

Thank you for the feedback.

After doing an extensive bakeoff with several vendors/products, we finally settled on the Resilience Ndurant Express 30 (x2 for iHA-Standby).

I also recommend this product. It beat out the Cisco ASA 5520 and the Juniper SSG 520 in our bakeoff top three (several had dropped out of the mix prior to this point).

We also liked the Resilience continous support package that even includes difference in cost upgrades (plus small administrative fee) if we need to upgrade to higher end Resilience appliances in the future.

Just wanted to report back. These devices have been solid to date.

I had upgraded the device from ResOS 6.1.0 (R60) to ResOS 6.2.0 (R62) without any problems. Getting ready to roll more out at additional sites.
