Solaris 10 with floodgate problem unable to open /dev/etm0

I have installed Checkpoint NGX R65 with Solaris 10 11/06

i cant pushed Qos policy and when i try to start floodgate i have this error message

etm0 -> ../devices/pseudo/etm@0:etmdrv

-bash: cd: ../devices/pseudo/etm@0:etmdrv: No such file or directory

Has anybody found a solution to this problem? I'm encountering the exact same issue - on Solaris 10 u5, core install, fresh NGX R65 install with or without HFA02. I have the same errors as above, and when looking for /dev/etm0 find:

# ls -la /dev/etm0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root other 30 Aug 20 18:21 /dev/etm0 -> ../devices/pseudo/etm@0:etmdrv
# ls -la ../devices/pseudo/etm@0:etmdrv
../devices/pseudo/etm@0:etmdrv: No such file or directory

If anyone has an idea of how to resolve this please let me know.
