Could anyone let me know where to find the pointsec FDE 6.3.1 HFA 4 compatibilities?

Well my question is I wanted to check the Laptop compatibilities.

I mean models of laptops which supports Pointsec 6.3.1 HFA 4.

no such thing, the pdf install guide and release notes specify known issues on some laptops when using certain features and minimum system req.'s.

Most laptops will work, its more an issue of what OS is loaded. You should check out the release notes on the new R70 clients for any know issues. In general if you are XP SP2 you're fine. I think SP3 & Vista is fully supported at this point.

I'm just getting back from vacation so I'm a little fuzzy still, check the SP3 & vista thing before installing.

XP SP3 is fine. Vista I believe may be fuzzy.

Vista works as well.....

can get bit fuzzy with lets say a bluescreen after first reboot (when mbr code is installed), but after that it works fine :)

has anyone seen any issues with vista? i have a vista laptop and its not encrypting (stuck at 0%)

the recovery key for the machine has been copied to recovery share

your encryption_C key value is 0

What is are the values for EncryptionProgress, EncryptionState in the registry?

Is this the inital install? Or just the first in vista?

run c:\Program Files\Pointsec\Pointsec for PC\pscontrol export-status mystatus.xml

see admin page 254 for status codes.

Note: Did you select encrypt drive?
