Default Outlook and MSN access problem

We have a remote site running on a Nokia IP130 with PPPoE.

There are about 10 users in the office, and they use Outlook Express to access ISP hosted pop3 and smtp emails. They also use MSN.

Strangely, only 2 users have no problems at all with the above.

For the other users, sending emails often takes serveral attempts, and MSN just doesn't work. The PCs are all configured the same, and the version of MSN is the same.

Nothing in smartview tracker (i.e., no drops).

Anybody has any ideas?

Thanks.

I would suspect the server settings or the settings on the host, purely for the above statement. If you have defined the rulebase correctly then CP will either allow or deny the users to access their email and msn.

Check the mail and network settings on the host's that are working and compare it to those which are not.

Good luck.
