Default Firewall reboot when pushing an application to go through the firewall.

The firewalls would reboot when one pushed the Symantec Backup agent from a server in the internal network to a host in DMZ. Otherwise, the firewall worked fine. To install the Symantec Backup Agent it will cause both active and backup firewalls reboot. Why and what cause the problem???

Platform: Nokia IP 350. IPSO 3.9-BUILD041 releng 1515 08.12.2005-222646 i386
