Default how do I reset back to original?

okay,

I am sorry if this is a simple question. I have an IP350 that I need to reset back to factory defaults, I don't know the password to get into the console or smart dashboard. I have direct access to the unit, including console port... please assist

okay,

update... I figured out the IP address and remembered the logon information for the smart dashboard, but I still can't remember my voyager info, please assist
