Default Adding new port and licensing\updates

I have an IP350 running NGX with internet access configured on ETH1.

I have installed a 2nd internet link at my organisation that I would like to use instead but still keep the current one there in case I ever need it.

I would like to disconnect ETH1 but still leave it configured so I can quickly swap back if I need to
I would like to then configure ETH3 to use a new internet link at the same location
I am going to then configure ETH4 to connect to a 3rd party organisation

I seem to remember that one of the licenses is tied into one of the IP addresses -is this for Nokia or just the Checkpoint license?
Will enabling the other 2 ports have any effect on the licensing for either Nokia or Checkpoint?
Will not having the original IP online cause me any issues with regard to getting software updates?

Also am I able to leave both routes in place and assign a higher priority to the new route so the current link is only used when the new one is unavailable?
