| On the IP330, the boot manager is on the HDD. Without the boot manager you can't do anything with the appliance to install IPSO. If you still have support with Nokia, have the chassis replaced for the HDD problems. |

| ok, got replacement unit from nokia. Now I'm having issues getting license and pkgs installed. Everything i've read says it should be easy... NOPE... - how do i get license onto box. all i can get to is console, i try cpconfig and add license says it was succesful, then i go back in and it still says EVAL - i can get to voyager, but what do i do there? - I've read that the easiest way to get license in is to use smartupdate, but i can't get into console or smartupdate ot dashboard? PLEASE help... AL |

| You should be able to install it with either the 'cplic put' command or via cpconfig. If after installing it if you run the 'cplic print' command it should show if the license was installed. |
