IP Pool NAT Question

Hi eXXperts,

can someone tell me, for what the option Use IP Pool NAT for Gateway to Gateway connections is good for?

The statement that it is for communication between a gateway and a MEP gateway is not enough for me to understand what they are trying to tell. Could you give me an example to convince me that there are situations in which this option could help solving a particular problem?
