Hi, i have create a vpn tunnel between my country portugal and ryade (saudi arabia) with success, but when hi try to access to a server that is in portugal inside the internal network i cannot have access to him. I can ping the ip server that is in portugal (web aplication) but i cannot have access to the web aplication. I have heard rumours that in saudi arabia all th internet comunication are controle, that all internet connection are diverted to a proxy.

If it's an encrypted VPN connection, and you are sure the PING is going through the tunnel, any country-wide proxy isn't your problem. Try to "telnet <server> 80" and see if you connect.

Perform the following steps: Check the Smartview tracker if the connection get dropped. If it is make a rule which allows the traffic through the vpn community. Also check if the connection is dropped at the netscreen. You can check with: "get log traffic". Hope this helps.
