Default Nat issue Printer

Hi everyone, we created a nat rule (static )that allows an internal printer to be accessed by a partner company. However, they (partner company) is unable to the get to the printer's config via the browser. We do not have a vpn setup for this , in other words we dont have a vpn setup with our partner company.
it is just a simple nat rule. when we opened our logs and filtered out the traffic to this specific printer. We do not see any errors. But they (partner) can't see or display the page for printer's properties.
any assistance is greatly appreciated.

regards,

ps. port 80 is allowed on the rule base for this partner.

For static NAT you need to have 2 rules in your NAT config, SO that the NAT is working in both directions.
1 rule inbound, 1 rule outbound, did you check this ?

If this doesn`t work, try automatic NAT rules for the object you defined as printer.
