NAT with overlapping network

Hi all :

I have 1 more question on NAT.

The network diagramme is as below :

E3 : 10.10.10.1/30

172.16.41.0/22 is behind 10.10.10.1. That mean 172.16.40.X/26 is overlapping with 172.16.41.X/22.

Could anyone please enlighten me what is the NAT rules should I create ? Do I need for double NAT ?

Currently I am using NAT on interface E3 and it does not work.
