Unexplained Event Can anyone explain why the following situation arose? Myself and my colleagues were unable to log onto any of the SmartCentre applications. We were presented with an error message indicating that access was denied. A cpstop and cpstart was performed whereupon we were able to log in again but only after accepting a new fingerprint ID that was presented.
