Check which mode is used on client and server side (active or passive, you can change mode by command passive after logon to ftp server), and check which ftp rule you created in rule base (with ftp or ftp_pasv).

How do you change mode to " command passive", as you mentioned. And where exactly can I check on the remote client's ftp server. Thanks. __________________ Systems Engineer

after logon on ftp server (like "ftp x.x.x.x", then input user login & pass); you'll see command prompt "ftp>"; input "passive"; and you'll see "passive mode off"
