Fetch policy from enforcement modules

hi there, (in FP3)
I know how you fetch a policy from a management server to an enforcment module... but.. how do you fetch a policy from your enforcement modules back onto your managment server so you can change it and then push it back... assuming you have deleted the policy on your m/ment server or you have had to rebuild your m/ment server..??
