NGX roles export and import

how to import roles to ngx from ng. please help me.

i want to import rules to ngx from ng. :)

You can look into cpmerge. I can't remember if you can do it from two different versions of CP. cpmerge will allow you to export a rulebase and import it into the new smartcenter. Of course it will only import properly if the objects that are in the rules are currently in the object list of the new server.
