Default Retain check point firewall software after network settings are changed.

Hi all,

What should I do if I re-configured my existing firewall using different network settings and replaced the existing QuadCard with a new GigaSwift QuadCard? Do I need to uninstall the check point firewall and re-install it from scratch? I want to retain the firewall even after the network settings are different including using a new QuadCard.

Regards,
Alex

You shouldn't have to uninstall Check Point after making those changes. You will need to reconfigure Check Point with the new interfaces and IP addresses.
